Use Case

Alert Fatigue

GAEZLA’s alert path is a qualification and routing system, not an automatic case or ticket owner. It accepts configured webhook sources, records qualification, routes eligible signals, and exposes delivery and review state.

Qualification and routing

Incoming payloads pass through the configured routing policy and model path before delivery is attempted.

  • Keep source identity and routing configuration explicit.
  • Record qualification results and the reason available to the operator.
  • Track delivery attempts and fallback behavior separately from alert content.

Operator review

The alert surface provides history and feedback controls without claiming that every signal automatically becomes investigation work.

  • Review routed, dropped, failed, and delivered outcomes.
  • Inspect alert details and delivery history.
  • Submit feedback and promote models through the available governance flow.
